This program focuses on building a solid foundation for lasting change, developing new success strategies, and tackling issues that may have previously held you back. Steady and manageable, this will be a 6-month journey that will totally transform your health and well-being.

 

This includes:
  • An initial strategy session to determine your precise goals and kick-start your plan of action
  • 6x monthly, 60 minute one-to-one coaching sessions held either over the phone or via Skype
  • Progress and accountability feedback – after each coaching session you’ll receive a written report on the progress you’ve made, and the action steps you’ve agreed on
  • Weekly ‘check-in’ call to ensure all’s going to plan and refocus if necessary
  • Priority email access – whether you’ve a burning question, hit a roadblock or just want to celebrate a success, I want to hear about it! You’ll have priority for the time we work together and know that I’m there every step of the way
  • Food diary analysis – fantastic for keeping on track!
  • Monthly recipes– Each month you’ll receive a new selection of gorgeous, healthy recipes that are quick and easy to make
